1. Should be okay for working in 24/7 working environment

2. Should be okay for no cab during 8am to 8pm window

3. Should have minimum 2 years of training experience of new hire batches

4. Should have relevant industry experience (Product knowledge/Troubleshooting in Mobile /Fixed line)

Graduates with industry experience

Min 2 year of experience as a trainer in Customer Service process

Fluency in English Regional

Excellent communication skills

Coach and counsel wherever needed

Document the training reports / trackers

Handled Voice process training in the past
