Job Description :

Candidate Profile:

The right candidate will be self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality output - a systematic forward planner, who is able to think strategically, set clear goals and execute effectively. This person will be a reliable and determined individual who is able to critically assess his/her own performance and make changes accordingly to maintain pipeline of prospective clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Confer with account manager and senior leadership to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Account Managers, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.

  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders.

  • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates.

  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

  • Pre-screen candidates and check and their technical competency before presenting them to the account managers for submission

  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.

  • Work with candidates short listed by client for phone screen and face-to-face interview.

  • Manage scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and clients by providing detailed information on the company, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.

  • Manage presentation, selection, negotiation, offer tendering, closing the deal and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.

 

 

Skills & Experience

Required Skill Set:

  • Extensive experience in Recruitment Industry.

  • Good understanding of technical skills.

  • Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

  • Proficient in the use of Job Boards like Monster, Shine, Naukri, LinkedIn, Google etc. to source Candidates.

  • Must have excellent Sourcing skills. Strong knowledge and understanding of Boolean Search is required.

  • Must have a solid track record of placing candidates in the contract and perm staffing model

  • Ability to attract and retain Talent.

  • Must be familiar with proactive recruitment

  • Only serious candidates who can join ASAP should apply.

 

Education:

  • Minimum Graduate Degree, Post Graduation preferred

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 6+ month’s experience in Recruitment industry

  • Interviews will be held at our New Delhi –Janakpuri – HO, following initial phone screen.

  • We need dedicated candidates who can join ASAP.
