Role Profile: 
The process advisory group (PAG) supports the client business at client location (onsite) by identifying key opportunity areas and driving improvement initiatives (Process Improvement/ Transformation/Automation projects) to attain process excellence.
The incumbant is expected to work closely with Business Groups within the client organization in identifying improvement opportunities, leading improvement projects (Six Sigma/Lean/Continuous Improvement etc), providing support with Process documentation (Process Maps, SOPs, Value Stream Mapping), Metrics identification, Supporting implementation and delivering significant business value. Estimated Pay Hikes This Year

Organisations in India are expected to give out a 10%  salary increase in 2014, one of the lowest in recent years, according to few surveys.In 2013, the average salary increase was 10.2% while in 2009, it was 6.6%.
According to the global human resource solution provider, the average salary increase for 2014 as projected by over 500 organisations in India stood at 10%, with a range of 8.8% to 12% across industries.
Sectors largely reliant on the domestic economy such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, engineering services and consumer goods, project the highest salary increases, typically above 10% for 2013-14.Retail, financial services and hospitality forecast a lower range of salary increases, with these businesses affected by the slowdown in the economy and consumer spending.
However going by global appraisals, India leads salary increase projections across key  APAC countries, followed by China.
Reasons for lower budgets include concerns over fluctuating economic conditions.
Some organisations are managing wage cost rise by freezing hiring, transferring salary increases from fixed pay to variable pay and recruiting replacements at lesser remunerations.
Rewards for key talent are likely to continue.

Job growth would remain steady at a slow-moving pace for a few more months, and then fast-track to a moderate growth rate, without getting too bullish.

Despite the economic weaknesses, job growth will continue. Organisations probably cannot expand much without adding more workforce, whether they want to or not. 

The optimistic side of the economy is it may well accelerate as some uncertainty fades away.

Even as some organisations had instant layoffs without serving any notice to the employees at the start of this year some large Indian outsourcing firms have recently announced salary hikes and are continuing with hiring as the industry showed signs of an upward swing after some years of half-hearted growth.
